After dealing with several subpar management companies over the years, Cortland is by far the best we've experienced. It does feel like they actually care about the people living here, and ensuring that we live in a good community. I love living in this community and love most everything about the service and amenities, however, I do not love the extra monthly cost for valet trash service. Considering the size of this community, it is not necessary, and I have not appreciated this service being forced upon me and my monthly expenses.

Parking can be difficult for visitors since it is so far away from the buildings. Besides that, community is filled with students, small families, and those in their profession. It felt like they completely neglected the cleaning in my apartment when handing it over to us.
